My accommodation is located in a historic building in Bologna. From the window, you can admire, on one side, the Basilica of San Petronio, the patron saint of our city, and, on the other side, a view of Via d'Azeglio, specifically Lucio Dalla's house.
After climbing the stairs to the second floor from the entrance on the street, you will find yourself in front of a flowered balcony that offers a splendid view of the rooftops of Bologna and some of our bell towers. The balcony, complete with a small table and chairs, is available for guests to enjoy a cup of tea on the rooftops or as a cozy corner for smokers.
Inside the apartment, you will find an entrance with two doors: one door with a window overlooking the street leads to the bedroom, and another French door in the kitchenette. Additionally, both the bedroom's bathroom and the apartment's bathroom are equipped with a convenient shower.
To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide guests with bed and bath linens, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, and Nespresso coffee capsules, available in both options.
